The Lodging Neighbors

The Friendly neighbors of the friendly hotels

Our lodging properties are each unique in their own way, yet they're all experts in creating wonderful experiences for their visitors. Their differences are what make them great -- and what allows Malone to offer you a one-of-a-kind trip to be remembered. To make your visit even more memorable, we've highlighted activities located within close proximity to your lodging of choice - visit these nearby neighbors to enhance your stay!

Kilburn Manor and The House of History / Schryer Center

Kilburn Manor is a great rental. You can enjoy the historic charm of the property which is tucked in a quiet corner of the Village of Malone. The Manor offers a number of different rooms such as the Library Suite, The Judge's Suite, The Master Room, The French Room, and The Family Two-Bedroom Suite. The rooms have private baths available as well. The lovely decor and atmosphere leaves you feeling pleasant and warm.

The House of History and Schryer Center both pair beautifully with the historic serenity provided by Kilburn Manor. There is much history to be seen here. View artifacts from United States of America Vice President, William Almon Wheeler, who grew up and lived in Malone. The Schreyer Center is a state-of-the-art facility for learning more about your genealogy as it relates to the region around Malone.

The Holiday Inn Express and Suites and Mo's Pub and Grill

The Holiday Inn Express and Suites is a great choice anytime, but we suggest you check out their packaged weekends of golf or skiing at The Malone Golf Club or Titus Mountain. Their indoor pool is awesome and the large televisions in the rooms are great for catching the big game. Wake up in the morning to enjoy their hot coffee and a warm breakfast before your day of fun activity.

Mo's Pub and Grill is a great match for the active traveler. With the numerous big screen televisions that are always on the best games, cold beer on tap, and the perfect food to go along with it, the sports fan will surely be delighted. One thing that makes this partnership even cooler --  you can order from the restuarant and they'll deliver it to you at the hotel if you don't want to miss the last minutes of the big game.

Meacham Lake State Campground and Debar Mountain

Camping at Meacham Lake State Campground is a must-do for one of your trips with us here in Malone. Because it's on the lake, you can enjoy water fun, a beach, a playground, and so much more. They even have a brand new boat launch where you can set sail for a fun-filled day. Pitch a tent or park your camper for nights by enjoying their beautiful fireplaces, and lunches of hot dogs and burgers on the grill.

The Debar Mountain Trail is nearby in the Adirondack Mountains and is a great hike! If you are in the campground, you can find the trail's start. It is about a 4.7-mile hike -- traveling with your pup? We think you'll both enjoy exploring this trek. It is rated as moderate and is frequented by snowshoers and hikers alike. The trip to the top will reward you with great views north toward Quebec.

The Red Roof Inn and The Jug Store

Located in walking distance to plenty of shopping options, friendly smiles will greet you when you arrive for your stay at the Red Roof + here in Malone. The hotel sits at a main crossroad and depending on which direction you choose, you'll find yourself heading toward the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino, the Adirondack Mountains, the Malone Airport, or the heart of the village. They also feature a nice fitness center and packages for both golfing and skiing at our lovely attractions.

The Jug Store is Malone's perfect stop for grabbing a fine bottle of wine and the ideal spirit to pair with a relaxing evening. Local wineries and distilleries are featured here so you can take a taste of our region home with you to be enjoyed at a later date.

Let the lodging properties and their neighbors become your neighbors too!  Stay in the Malone Region on your next upstate NY visit, and explore our amenities - we think you'll like what you see!
