Inner Peace Yoga Center 37 Pearl St. Malone NY 518-651-6560:
How happy and more productive might your employees be if they had some easy tools to relieve neck, shoulder and back aches, right at their desk?
Might lessening stress and fatigue lead to a more positive and productive work environment? Evidence has shown that more relaxed and
focused employees are less prone to injury and illness, reducing workplace accidents and the need for sick days.
Inner Peace Yoga Center, on Pearl Street in Malone was founded in 2003 and maintains an ongoing commitment to increasing health and wellness in
our community through sharing the many practices of yoga.
This is an introduction to the in-service yoga skills training we can provide you and your employees.
We teach easy and brief yoga poses that everyone
can do, breathing techniques and relaxations that become life skills to be used in the workplace or at home.
These life skills help to manage physical, mental and
emotional stress, improve concentration and reduce physical aches that can distract from the tasks at hand. We are happy to share with you the
findings of studies into the many benefits of yoga.
We design our in-service yoga skills trainings for the particular work stressors of your team. We work with your needs, your schedule
and your budget. We can begin with one training session or we have found that quarterly trainings are most effective to
reinforce and build on the skills learned, as well as provide support for the integration of these new skills by your work team.
Please feel free to contact Suzanne Weirich at 518-651-6560 or email@example.com or visit our website www.innerpeaceyogany.com
for more information about yoga and about our offerings.
Do you want to save money on your electric bill? Are you in favor of renewable energy?
NYSERDA has a program that pays part of the installation of solar panels on private homes and small businesses.
This program is open to all residents and will continue until NYSERDA's monies run out.
Find out if your home is eligible (not too much shade) because it's time to move into the future!
Local resident Chad Keating from APEX SOLAR (a Malone Chamber of Commerce Business Member) will be working with
DJ Demarse, also a Malone native, and Stan Dobert who owns APEX. This company is state certified and installs solar systems.
APEX will be installing the Town of Malone solar project - giving the Town a guaranteed 25% savings on its electric costs.
There is no installation charge to the Town and there is a guaranteed saving! This same
program applies to individuals and businesses!
The panels feed energy directly into the Grid. When the sun is high, your meter runs backward, giving the
home or business owner credit on their bill. You do not have batteries because the energy is fed into the grid itself.
The advantage of solar energy is that it is clean,
consistent and supports the reliability of the grid.
To receive a FREE EVALUATION of your property contact APEX below. They can also help you attain NYSERDA,
Federal and NYS funding for this installation.
