The festival also offers dozens of workshops that appeal to a wide range of interests such as canning, cider making, woodworking, renewable energy, cordwood construction, small-scale farming, and primitive skills.

The festivities take place Saturday, Sept. 28 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.. Sunday, Sept. 29 is a series of scheduled workshops - Please see the festival website for details. Admission is $5 per person or $10 per carload, or Free with Paul Smith's College ID.
