Annual Kids Fishing Derby

The Malone Fish & Game Club's Annual Kids Fishing Derby is held the 1st Saturday of June at the Malone Village Pond on College Ave.

This is a free event for children ages 5 to 14. This event is a great opportunity to get the kids out fishing and is intended to be a fun event for all!

Hot dogs and refreshments will be served at noon, and prizes will be awarded after lunch! Fishing rods will be awarded for biggest trout, biggest non trout and smallest fish. A boys and a girls bicycle will be awarded by random draw from all registrants. Other door prizes will also be awarded by random draw.

Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m.. Fishing times run from 10:00 a.m. to noon.
