Join us on Tuesdays during the Summer at the Malone Memorial Recreation Park in the Kelly Pavilion for "Yoga in the Park." This is a free accessible wellness practice for everyone, no experience needed.

July 2 - QiGong with Winnie - QiGong is the ancient Chinese exercise system that enables you to unleash the power of your life-force energy.

July 9 - Yoga with Shannon from The Breathing Room - www.adkbreathingroom.com - Slow down and tune into yourself while connecting with nature in this gentle, intentional practice.

July 16 - Yoga with Steph - Malone Yoga and Wellness - maloneyogaandwellness@gmail.com - Be inspired by nature in a yoga practice for all levels.

July 30 - Yoga with Shannon, Cheley, and Jenn - Bring a friend, family member, or partner for a fun partner yoga experience to build communication and trust through laughter and play

August 13 - Family Yoga with Jennifer from the Foothills Holistic Center, Jaehutchins@gmail.com - Join your children and learn fun practical ways to calm the body and mind.

August 20 - Yoga with Kathy - Step into nature and leave the concerns of the day behind with a gentle flow supporting increased mobility and a feeling of spaciousness within body and mind.

August 27 - Tai Chi with Josy - Slow, gentle movements that enhance balance, flexibility, and wellbeing.
